WHO WE ARE
Voice for Change (VFC) is the premier National Women Empowerment and Policy Advocacy Organization in South Sudan.
It was registered with Southern Sudan Relief and Rehabilitation Commission and the Ministry of Justice in 2006, and has since worked to contribute towards the progress of South Sudan through the empowerment of its most important resource –the women, girls, men, boys, youth and persons with disabilities of South Sudan.
VFC began its journey by a small group of like-minded women leaders from across South Sudan coming together and mobilizing other women to lobby for non- discrimination against women in South Sudan peace process and the representation in government and other public offices.
Our Mission
To strengthen the capacity and empower the women and men of South Sudan across age and diversity to exercise their civic duty towards realization of their constitutional / human rights aspirations.
Our Vision
A South Sudan that is informed, empowered, democratic and peaceful nation. This is possible when women fully participate and represented at all levels of decision making.
Objective
To provide civic education to community aimed at addressing past direct and indirect discrimination of marginalized groups (women, persons with disabilities and youth) on their right to participation and representation in leadership and decision making at all levels

Non-partisan
VFC shall be objective and independent in its work and will not be affiliated to any political party. VFC will ensure that its resources will not be used for any partisan activities or contribute to partisan initiatives.
Community Participation
VFC recognizes that its mandate is from the community. The organization will strive to embrace and leave no-one behind in its work with communities.
